2. To provide an integrated living & learning environment to mental handicapped adults, to enhance their independence and life enjoying ability
3. To explore and enrich different aspects of the experience , participations and competence of the mental handicapped adults
4. To help the mental handicapped adults to maintain & develop the family relationships
5. To develop the community support network, so that the mental handicapped adults can maintain closer contacts and relationships with the neighbours & organizations

1. Medium to severely mentally handicapped persons who aged 15 or above.
