Service targets on the families, which are low income, lack of community support and at-risks, living in Tung Chung and Kowloon City Districts. Service aims at filling the service gap, adopting the reaching out approach to act as a hub to network the deprived families actively and link up with existing mainstream services and resources to best meet the family needs.
