Center was established in 2002, the purpose of the centre is to provide alternative developmental services out of mainstream education learning needs. Since the center believe that: 1 each people has their own potential, strengths and special; 2. People are part of society and have the right to participate in society; 3. An ideal society is social justice and fair, and jointly established by the everyone in the society.
