The House is commissioned by the Home Affairs Department for singletons and in the form of self-financing mode of operation. The purpose of this House is to provide base living accommodation for those tenants who are affected by the implementation of the “Bedspace Apartments Ordinance” tenants and other single persons in need of short-term accommodation. The House arranges programmes to support their living standards and various group activities, enhance their social adaptability to improve their lives. The House serves those aged from 18 to 59 years old, living alone in small private housing (living area not more than 5.5 square meters), with valid proof of residence document (the most recent three months) and monthly income not exceed $ 9,900 (in one month).
