The Salvation Army took over the Shau Kei Wan Children Home from 1969, moved to its existing premises in 1990 and renamed the Wan Tsui Home for Boys. We provide residential services for boys who aged from 12 to 18 years old. Temporary residential care provides to them due to various factors (such as family, behavioral or emotional problems), and temporarily unable to receive proper care. Through home settings, we provide residential care, training, community life, and professional counseling services. We hope it can develop their social, emotional and behavioral lives in a balanced way. Independent living training programmes are also provided to strengthen their abilities to live independently.
