The centre founded in 1991 transformed from an elderly centre into a self-financing unit in 2003. Based on The Salvation Army's long-standing approach of "Heart to God, Hand to Mankind", the centre proactively explores the needs of the retirees and develop their creativity, leading them to a fruitful, joyful and healthy retirement lives. In 2015, the interior of the centre was renovated.
