Based on the "family-based, community-based, and inter-generational integration", unit provides services to children and youth aged from 6 to 30 years old in the community. Aimed in developing their potential to become a concern and active member in the society. In order to promote a caring community, and to create harmony and community spirit. Key services include: (1) to provide people-oriented programmes for children and youth nurturing their leadership; (2) to assist children and youth to grow up and face their own challenges and needs; (3) to promote the establishment of harmonious families which advantageous the healthy development of children and adolescents.
