The Team was funded by the Urban Renewal Authority in 2002 serve the residents affected by the projects of Urban Renewal Authority. The team independent from the Urban Renewal Council but supported by the Urban Renewal Fund from 2012. The team still provides services to those residents affected by urban renewal projects, resolving their living difficulties arising from the relocation, and ease their anxiety and worry. The team primarily formed by professional registered social workers and operating independently in Army’s “person-centred” approach.
